The film tells the story of a life-and-death struggle between two brothers who grew up apart. Kemal, whose parents separated years ago, grew up with his mother. He is a tough young man. For years, he is plagued by trouble and spends a long time in prison. When he is released, his son, whom he has never seen, has grown up. But the child is sick.
